Speaker Series – Children and Technology

Monday, April 22, 2024, 6:30 pm
Ascension Lutheran Church – Fellowship Hall

Join us as we examine the impact of social media and technology on the emotional, relational and mental health of the most vulnerable members of our society: our children. Learn how social media aggressively targets children and young adults, and how they are more prone to negative affects like addiction and loss of empathy. Finally, we will consider the spiritual repercussions of replacing real human interactions and interactions with the natural world with screen time. A very timely topic presented by: Kent Rogers of Christian Counseling Associates and Pastor Adam Thompson, Ascension Lutheran Church.

Questions? Contact 412-364-4463. No registration required.
Please enter Fellowship Hall at the rear of the building.
